Chef Nicholas Pajor, CRC, a graduate of the acclaimed College of Culinary arts at Johnson and Wales University, brings to King & Prince over 10 years of foodservice culinary development experience. Chef Nicholas is an expert in using center-of-the-plate proteins to develop highly flavorful, guest pleasing menu applications. While at Red Arrow Products Company, he became a flavor authority; developing some of the most innovative, consumer appealing products for chain restaurants and leading food industry manufacturers.

In his role as Corporate Research Chef, Chef Nicholas is a critical component in the development of products and menu items that help our customers enhance their guests’ experience and drive their profitability. He will be active in helping foodservice customers menu seafood in new, creative, guest-pleasing ways.
