Meet Our Chefs

Brian Halloran is a world class chef with over 25 years experience in the hospitality and food service industry, and an extensive background in both fine dining and corporate food production. His impressive career has led him to work with several industry leaders including: Brown University, Locke-Ober of Boston, and Le Moulin de Mougins in France under the legendary Chef Roger Verge. He also taught Culinary Management at Cornell University's prestigious Hotel School for ten years. Prior to joining King & Prince, Mr. Halloran was Corporate Chef and Director of Research and Development at Fishery Products International (FPI). He has received many culinary awards including the Ivy Award, Silver Plate and Matri de Gault.

Chef Brian’s responsibilities include identifying culinary trends and developing new, unique menu applications for all segments of the foodservice arena.
